Refund policy

30 Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@upseadaisy.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

90 Day Quality Guarantee

If any product you've received within the past 90 days has a manufacturer defect pertaining to color, lens distortion or naturally occuring structural integrity issues please notify us within 24 hours of the occurance. We will request photos of the issue and upon review decide whether they may be fixed or replaced depending on the nature of the issue. Please do not ship any product back to us without first receiving our approval, as this will not be accepted as a return. Please first email us at support@upseadaisy.co with photos and a description of the issue for review.

 

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

Any opened items or items not in their original packing will not be accepted, which also includes items damaged or opened in the shipping process. Damaged or missing items in transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on any opened items, items not in their original packaging, or items listed in the "Exceptions / non-returnable items" section in our Refund Policy. Exchanges can only be done with the same item that was originally purchased and will not be shipped until the original item is received. A return label and instructions will be sent to you upon an Exchange approval. In the case of an exchange in which the item you originally ordered is out of stock or no longer available, we may either offer you a similar/comparable product or a refund will be issued in accordance with the "Refunds" section.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Depending on your bank or form of payment, it may take days to a few weeks. Please reach out to us again if you haven't received your refund within 30 days so we may address it.
