1-Year Protection Plan

1. Coverage: The 1-year protection plan will cover the following issues:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
• Breakage due to normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by accidental drops or impacts.
• Lens scratches that affect visibility.

2. Exclusions: The following situations will not be covered under the 1-year protection plan:

• Any damages caused by user negligence, misuse, or intentional damage.
• Loss or theft of the sunglasses.
• Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or other external factors beyond the control of the user.
• Any repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized personnel.
• Normal wear and tear, such as fading or discoloration due to exposure to the sun, saltwater, or other environmental factors.

3. Claim Process: In the event of any covered issue, the customer must notify UpseaDaisyCo support of the 1-year protection plan within 2 days of the issue's occurrence. UpseaDaisyCo will provide the customer with instructions on how to return the sunglasses for evaluation. If the damage is covered under the plan, the UpseaDaisyCo will either repair or replace the sunglasses at no additional cost to the customer. If the sunglasses are no longer available, UpseaDaisyCo will offer a comparable replacement.

4. Limitations: The 1-year protection plan is valid only for the original purchaser of the sunglasses and is non-transferable. The provider reserves the right to deny any claims that are not covered under the plan's terms and conditions. UpseaDaisyCo will require proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation, to process a claim. In order to utilize the benefits of the protection plan it must be purchased on the same original order as the sunglasses which the customer wants to utilize the plan with.
